  Though you may be drunk u still know what you are doing...
  unless you are dead drunk that you cant even sit up straight...
  people jux use alcohol as an excuse... to make it that 'oh it's the alcohol that made me lose control'
  But i think it still could be avoided if one party wasnt willing

  If she got drunk to the extend of sleeping with someone, I will immediately breakup with her. How can she guarantee that such incident will not happen a 2nd time? I will then forgive her subsequently as time pass. But no matter what, she will be axed out of my life. She should know her liquor limits better than anyone.
  
  Go to a pub but don't get drunk to an extend that you do not know what you are doing.
  
  There is a saying: You can't kill someone then claim in court that you are under intoxication and do not know what you were doing. It is a lame excuse.

  i think it's kinda harsh to sentence one to death just because of one wrong step made....

  one always got the choice about who to go out with, jhow much u drink, whether ur company is trsutable or not etc..
