Actually some time back, I thought I fall for my cousin. But nah, it didnt seems right. So, I guess its just lust. Most probably its just because she look pretty. If you want to carry on the relationship to marriage, you have to be prepared to face lots of objections.
Well, I think I heard from my science teacher that having kids with a relative(i.e. Cousin) who have the same genetic or whatever DNA fancy lingos (pardon me, I'm not a biological student) will cause some genetic disorders.
All in all, if I were you, I rather not let my kids suffer all because of this. In other words, No, with big 'N' and a little 'O'. -

Since you stated that she is from your father's side of the family, that would make it strongly a no-no. I'm not sure the legal implications, but you might not be able to marry her.
Everyone here and I strongly suggest getting out it. Whether your kids will suffer some form of deficiency is besides the point. It is just not considered right. I hope that you manage to untangle out of it. -
