Dear all,
several points made by the threadstarter are biased, in a way to make her the damsel in distress.
Firstly, it may seem that everything is just focused on her bf and that girl-friend of his where as in fact it's the threadstarter's own judgement to do so. (This statement will be labelled by her as "He always say that I choose to be ...sad, sensitive, etc.) Whatever experienced by the threadstarter regarding the girl's action towards her boyfriend is felt by atleast 3 other couples too, but somehow the other girlfriends are not complaining. Only the threadstarter's boyfriend gets it and even after repeated explanation and adviced to view from different prospectives, the results are the same.
As mentioned by the threadstarter, everything seems to be "That girl and Threadstarter's boyfriend this, that, etc" but the fact is many others are involved as well. One such example would be "Oh, me and him did blah blah blah in Langkawi". As the girl was relating past events of the threadstarter's boyfriend to the threadstarter, the girl and the threadstarter's boyfriend always appear together in the statement. It may be tactless as she could have included more people. Probably due to the lack of trust, self-esteem or whatever there is, the threadstarter got threatened by the obsessive use of 'him and i" doing practically everything but the truth is others are involved as well and it's really understood.
Just tell that damn girl off if you feel you're in the right. I do not know how you came to the conclusion that everyone will go against you, even your boyfriend, unless there is really something wrong about what you're doing. Why do you have to be so submissive into accepting, or rather letting the statement about acting cute affect you. We're not a bunch of bengs and lians that pledge our allegiance to kawaii neh neh pok crap. The other guys initially couldn't stand even the slightest action or sound emitted from that girl. Over the time we just either ignore it, or just play along. I do not see why you have to get so upset over it.
I'm just going to say this one final time. I do not care if that girl is there or not. She is insignificant to me. What annoys me the most is that someone of no importance is making my life difficult. Stop making it sound as though I need her around. It's her bf that I'm concerned about. I do not care who care sing, bake, draw, etc. I appreciate whatever you do so wake up your idea and stop the perpertual comparison. If winning means so much, them stop drowning in your self-pity.
Stop all your assumptions and stand up for yourself if not this will never end. And work on your trust. Your imagination runs negatively wild; your bf messaging other girls? flirting behind your back?. Saying you trust someone yet feeling this way? This is just going to annoy someone more...
You want me to put some sense into that girl and make sure she knows where she stands just tell me. Don't have to put up a false front.
