  to start with we don't know whether it is really that isolated incident that made the girl treat him this way, It's really just his word for it.
  
  Firstly, if it is a clueless guy typing this, he probably has done something else besides this, except he didn't know. So we wouldnt know either.
  
  Secondly, If it is true this girl is treating him in this way really just because of what he did, and not some misunderstanding, then if I am the guy I'll be real pissed off and just heck care this girl.
  
  Thirdly, I wonder why he don't just go and ASK the girl what's wrong. Of course, knowing girls, they would say 'nothing.' but can always ask a common friend to find out.
