Thanks people all of you have been nice to repond with sincerity, appreciate it. Just one nut from hell (not from the planet venus) is deliberately creating trouble here, obviously a kid who is trying to grow up and having some kind of problem and treat this thread as a place to vent its frustration, so fond of misinterpreting. All can interpret correctly except this nut! -

rane for what i know about that guy whom u feel insecure just try saying HI to him and that will get him out of the coward and anxiety condition. He maynot be like me who can past this state getting out is not easy by himself the word "HI" or morning can really help him get out alot. Everything begin with the first step, he obviously cant or dun noe how to take the first step guide him by the friendly word HI to him

I think he's probably too shy. Might be just shy or having social problems (don't know how to approach girls). He's trying to get your attention, thinking you might initiate to talk to him. I think you might want to consider doing so. Approach him in a nice way. Don't give the angry or disgusted look, do not make it seem you are interested in him. Talk to him.
