mid twenties- losing friends stage?

  Hey, dun be despair lah. I'm the same age as you lo. I mean it's good that you got a job. Not everyone is as lucky as u, u know? At this stage of life, it's a matter of make or break. Everyone has different aims in life. You can't expect your friends to sacrifice their own aims just for you right?
  
  I don't have much friends. I only have a grp of brothers.We seldom meet up but I know they are there for me whenever I need them. Just think on the positive side of things lah

  just find a hobby such as online gaming. spend more time with family or u grow older no time, that time u will be only thinking of earning money.my friends are also all busy. learn to be alone sometimes.

  All my friends are so busy with their partners, work, or gaming. I know I must make new friends but seems like most of the people around my age (24) are so crazy about getting that degree, climbing that ladder, winning the girl's heart, or keeping the girls happy.
  
  Anyone having the same problems? I miss my old sec sch friends. Always see them online but so busy. Assignments, work, gf. Is life that shallow? Or am I mixing with the wrong crowd? I work but I'm not crazy over a promotion.
  
  Recently breakup makes things worse- all promises but all aeroplanes by "closest friends".
  
  Is this the norm?

  i think it normal.. i am only 22 yrs old but it seems like i have lost quite a number of fres.. as a working adult, every day i have been so busy with my work and too tired to meet them out for dinner and even weekends, i stay at home resting.. becos of that, now they no longer contact me as often, and i too didnlt make an initiaitive to contact them either.. so now i mostly spend my time alone.. it lonely but i pretty enjoy the freedom.. can learn to be independant too..

  At first I enjoyed the freedom too.. but this long weekend everyone was mugging~ rushing for that deadline, attending to his girlfriend cos she's angry about something... few of them busy-ing with marriage~! It's like everyone is so busy when you hit 24? So happening man...

  It's that I'm saddened that people are drifting away from each other... but I also glad that in case of emergencies, these buddies can help... do spca or any animal shelter accept volunteers on weekends?

  I watch with church brothers and sisters, dunno Nellie will feel paiseh or wat. Another time loh.
  
  Besides, going to church MAINLY is to know God. The brothers and sisters in there are part of the ministry, so its going there to noe more frens oso ok mah.

  i thought lil ms sunshine was quite good but i dunno if its still playing. i doubt so. driving lessons
