My guess is that the girl found something in you that her boyfriend can't give her... Why not tell her gently that you really enjoy her company as a friend and at this stage right now, you are not looking for any relationship. Perhaps, you should also let her know that you do not agree with what she's doing (flirting with you, declaring her feelings for you despite the fact that she's attached).
Of course you might find it hard to say it to her outrightly, perhaps, you can do this via sms or email.
Just be straightforward, don't give her any chance to mis-interpret your intentions, least she leaves her boyfriend for you....

We understand you two are trying to help the TS here on how to sort out his problem but dragging in an option from another case issue is not a good idea and might I add, it smelled of sarcasm.
All the while I respected the two of you for your contributions and different approaches to responding to posts in SGForums, but if you keep on harping on this continuingly and with malicious intent, it only show how much resentment and contempt you have inside you, not to mention the credibility about you as we see in here what you posted in this topic really described the two of you, and the two of you are not projecting positive images about yourselves as human individuals.

WBPN (TS), you seem to have some problem 'shaking off' this female friend of yours. Maybe you can tell her you not interested in her and be firm in your stand. She keep pestering you like smses or phone calls, you can simply read and delete or refuse to accept most of her calls. That is the initial 'diplomatic' step for me at least.
If she still further 'pester' you, then might I suggest you go tell her she is pestering you?
