There is this gal whom i admire but i do not know whether she is interested in me anot. i also dun noe whether it is lust or i really interested in her. sometime i can sense that she is looking at me at a distance. ( we r colleague) a few time i drop hint like sms her but not reply

First of all, do u know if he's attached? Did he not mention anything about having a gf or he said it straight that he's currently single?
Some guys like to play with words and mind games...
But if he's really single, good for u. From what i see, even if he's not that interested in u as a gf, there's chances that he's exploring possibilites. to see how things go as he get to know u better. to make sure that he's really into u before making his move.

in the 1st place ask urself u like him or love him or not ? if yes den make it very obvious that like him also,but if u dont like him,just continue like tat untill when he approach u or what den u tell him the truth in ur heart lor ...

So ask him that question and take it from there. If he says he is not attached, find out if he is interested in anyone at the moment
Then if he says yes, ask who.

or he isnt too keen lor. actually im under the impression that if a guy IS interested, he will ask. might take his time to figure himself a little, but ultimately he will do the asking. if u feel something is going on, chances are he too will feel it, and if he choose to let u slip, maybe he isnt really considering u.
at least not yet. dun get into the trap of falling hopelessly in love with him. when u found out he was never interested u fall even harder.
