if no signs of bruises/contusions are apparent, no use of drugs proven, and you guys know each other well enough to be alone in a house - consensual sex can be assumed.

did you give mixed signals when you try to? (maybe because you were afraid?)
all in all, if the guy reasonably believes (and a normal person would reasonably believe also) that you were engaging in consensual sex, there will be no case to answer. -

To me, you seem to treat the matter in an unconventional way. Was in rape in the conventional sense? (ie forceful sexual act acted upon violently substantially beyond the will of the other party and penetration can be proven to the mouth, anus or vagina) All in all, such a circumstance is really personal and intimate to be treated lightly. If you're willing to tell the world about it, perhaps you should consider doing something more practical. Perhaps the second answer to your obvious question should suffice. -
