Another thing that I don't understand is, why wait for so long until now to uncover all his evil deeds, if there is any? Why didnt you mention anything about this prior to the quinsy's case? In fact I don't remember seeing any hoo-ha about Devil since late 2004 when I started to visit this place. Only after the big case between him and Quinsy I suddenly see a lot of people trying to "uncover" his deeds and trying to get him out of this place.
And concrete evidence as in the girls themselves telling you about what happened to them. Bring them here to say something against Devil. If they are not willing to come out to stand up for their own, I don't see why you should go to so much trouble to champion their cases as well.

What is going around now is that the real victims are not coming out to stand up for themselves, and you are left with people who are supposedly fighting for them. And just like in court, in order to convict a criminal, hard evidences are needed. When it can't be produced, it can't be helped that the criminal go scot-free.
Kenashi might not have taken advantage of the girls. But he is trying to convict someone whom he deemed is in wrong. Without hard evidence, it is really hard to get everyone to believe him, esp when he has been really emotional and didnt at all reason calmly and rationally. -

If someone comes up to you and touch your bo obs, and nobody sees it. Does it mean it didn't happen ?
Does it also mean you as the victim should go around shouting and declaring you have been groped ???

If you are talking about me bashing Kenashi, I didnt bash him. I just said he lack credibility. One, cos of the lack of proofs. Second, because of his manner of reasoning here. the issue with kenashi is that he goes on and on and on and on, yet without a shred of evidence to substantiate what he claims.
I don't think the rest of us has any issue with devil's lack of credibility - this is already cast in stone - but why does it seem that because we think kenashi is crapping too much we are seen to be siding devil...
.... and as I'd said, all the claims of multiple victims are totally without proof, just because one person made a pass at another, technically, it does not mean that the other person is a victim!
