Jason, don't drag too long. Whatever choice there will always be unhappy people. The role of a mod in any forum, has no relation to that forum. If not Bar mod would be spewing lewd stuff all the time.

Why do people expect to come here for free advice and expect to hear things that resolve their issues and must also only hear things they want to hear.
It might be hard to accept for many but the issues most people face are self generated by the choices they made.
People are just giving opinions to the half information that the agony people put up. Mod is just to close topics that is unsuitable for forum. What do people expect? Professional consullers in AA? -

would you respect a football mod if he doesn't know anything bout football? sure the basic duties of a mod is to regulate the forum, but it sure is a bonus if they can offer and give sound advices. and i think this is what people are looking for here. for the next mod that is, if in extreme circumstances the public don't bother, then surely the mod have to take responsibility right? -
