Hmm interesting but I have a few doubts or rather I would say a few questions:
- You said "you know they went to hotel frequently". Are you stalking them?
- You said "the family ask her to leave him". Wah, you met their family?
- You said "she on the surface leave but still got hidden agenda". So you've got telepathy now?
- You said "The lady had a son. The old farggort got 2 daughter age 14 and 11". Seriously, just how free are you? You even went to check out their backgrounds I means the exact age of that old man's daughters.
- You ask us for advice when you don't want to interfer? So what's the point of posting this thread?
My advice to you is: GET A LIFE!
It's other people business why do you care that much when the person involves are not even complaining.
The conclusion that I can draw from your story is that you are jealous that an old man can have that kind of relationship and you don't (perhaps you don't even have a girlfriend that's why) or you are someone who is super busybody that like to poke his nose into everything.
Note: I didn't question on the part where the girl is married before 18 or at 18 and have 1 son is because although the legal age to marry is 21, it is possible to marry before the age of 21 with parent's consent according to the law of Singapore.

1. How come you seem to know so much of their details? Even the timing when the girl goes home? Oh.... 1am?
2. Help what? Did any party ask you for help? And whats there to help?
3. Are you the lady's husband, or the old man's wife? Or someone whos related to the involved parties? Or are you just a colleague of the lady or so? Interested in the lady?

Of course you should do that, exchange of ideas, that is how people learn, ... but whether people take it as "forcin my ideas, repeatedly, into ppl's throats", you have no control over that. It is up to that person.

I see you have "not provided any evidence", that is the problem, when you mention Karma.... you are willing to say that the old man will suffer bad karma for having an affair with the girl.
I am saying there is not enough evidence to make that call. It is better to "suspend" your judgement when you do not have sufficient evidence and even if you do, it is probably not enough for people do not know every thing.
The best you can say is,
(1.) "I wonder if he will suffer retribution for having an affair with an 18 year old married woman".
You cannot say
(2.) "OMG he is so going to suffer retribution for having an affair with an 18 year old married woman".
If you have the number (2.) attitude, I am willing to bet that generally you are an unhappy person and have many relationship conflicts because an attitude like that leads to unhappiness and relationship conflicts.
