anyway floppy, if u wann lose weight, please, please, go see a doctor. They have usually 2 kinds of pills. One cheaper one more expensive. The pill mentioned by someone $3 per pill is Xenical, it does have an oil discharge but thats becos the pill prevents oil and fats from being absorbed by body, tats why u must wat the pill ard an hour b4 every big meal. This is abt the onli side effect, so if u eat alot of food, but as long they dun contain alot of fats, the side effect is minimum. So the good thing abt this medicine is that u can eat and eat but still lose weight. It is by far the most effective weight loss pills which is proven harmless.
The 2nd one is Ionomine (I think is spelt this way, pronounced I-No-Min-). It costs $1 per pill and taken onli once every day. This pill generally causes a loss of appetite. It works well but not as well as Xenical of cos, considering the cost difference. But, the side effects are more. Your heart will beat faster, causing hyperactivity and maybe insomnia. You will feel thirsty which may cause blood in bowels and very dry mouth. However, side effects vary in individuals, some people dun feel it at all. All in all, it is a safe drug to take.
Go to your doctor, because ultimately, the doctor will gauge ur weight rite now and suggest a healthy weight for you. He can monitor ur progress and make sure u dun become dependent on the drug and also u are not trying stuff that may make u a bulimic and anorexic. So this is the best advice i can give u. -

just dont overeat...
and rem fat and rigid is a good thing... its called plump
but fat and flabby can be improved though
still advise u to exercise... dont bother going on diets unless u subsist entirely on a diet of junk food. -
