To anyone whos thinking about seeking psychiatric help: its not as good as it may seem. Besides the medication that they gave me to curb my addiction to the internet that works a little, I would say they have not been effective at all. I was hoping they would be telling me some of the things that are featured in the above website, but till now they are only offering me advices that do not tackle the roots of my problem at all. In fact they dont even question why im gay, assuming that I simply chose to be one. I was painfully disappointed to become doubtful of their capabilities then. Both also kept telling me that Singapore is becoming more tolerant of gays and there is nothing wrong in being gay - it may be true, but thats not going to help me is it. Im paying them now because I still want someone to confide in. Think I will show them the articles and hear what they have to say. -

I had a strange dream this morning... dreamt that Im a mass murderer, just killed a lot pf people while blowing up trains and shooting at lots of people but somehow managed to escape the law for over 40 years, lots of very close calls, all quite detailed... it covered all the way from childhood to the time i was finally caught, a very long dream which "featured" many places, both familiar and made up and also lots of family and friends and family of similar nature.
But the strangest part of the dream was that I was introduced to this lady who somehow ended up stark naked in front of me beside this flight of stairs... shes not very beautiful, looks like Demi Moore, and just by looking at her I was so turned on and greatly desired to penetrate her. But just as i was holding her in my arms and about to do it, she turned into a baby...God I had to let go of course. But the thing is
for the first time in my life, i was turned on so much by a female

The thing is, I just lost my virginity to a man last afternoon. Im sorry, i still cannot believe i went to bed with him, things got out of hand at his house. -

I know this is very hard. You need more practices to get rip of the NEGATIVE thoughts in your mind. And keep those positive ones.
Remember that you are here to seek happiness. Before you do anything, think about this way - Will it bring you happiness if you continue this way as a gay? If you see no ultimate happiness as a gay then it is time you tried to change( I guess that you are not really happy with what you are right now) Like I said its not easy to get rip of those negative thoughts. nitemare: i'm by no means giving u shit in this post. in most instances i stand up for gays, or rather i stand up against the discrimination of gays.
hope u can find true love in a heterosexual reln. but it can't be forced. this may or may not help u, and u may already know: many gays marry and have kids, but never loving their wives. they just do it becos that's wat's expected of them as a man. of course there are many that do not marry at all (as gay marraiges are illegal in singapore)
