Welcome to the 2015 thread of Press Releases.
This is the fifth generation of 'Press Releases'. Prior to the creation of this thread, we had four generations of 'Press Releases':
4th Generation:

The only thing that curious me is, this thread is still like the 4th generation yearly mode...
ehh... I thought the concensus was to replace the yearly threads with threads of two thousand postings?

Hi mr jurongwestresident, I thought the two thousand postings is limited to discussion topics. Furthermore press releases not possible to reach that many posts in 1 yr. In a year, there are 365 days and there are not many press releases every week of the year. In most cases, 1 month has only about 10 press releases or even lesser. Cheers.

Well, I agree with Mr ^tamago^.
A yearly thread can enable us to record and retrieve the events and changes made in a year.
Meanwhile, in a thread that has two thousand postings, everything is combined together and it can be quite hard to find postings on events/changes made in a particular year.

Can we not have only one thread for press releases? This way we lose out on all 2014 press releases. Would be a good practice if ^tomago^ can rename 2014 Press release thread to Press Releases without year name. Please consider

Good move for BGK Vale BTO residents. Was surprised in the first place that sv 50 did not call at this stop. Ppl going to CCL might take 50 to Bishan, those going to AMK might still prefer to take 88 given its amazing frequency.

It doesn't matter to me even though I raised this matter up a few days ago...I am just expressing someone's intentions and wishes though.

Hi mr TIB1112L, do you stay in Punggol? Currently sbs 50 travels express in that sector. This new bus stop is intentionally built to serve the new bto flats there. This goes to show they are working towards having bus services serve residents directly at doorstep. Cheers.

If you want to discuss about press releases made in a particular year, you can discuss about it at that particular year thread, if it is not expired.
Otherwise, you can discuss about it at other threads that are related. For instance, the BSEP threads.

Also bad news for those bus commuter using SBST Season Pass...
"With the introduction of adult monthly concession passes for both bus and train travel, SBS Transit will be withdrawing its SeasonPass which was launched in 2006 to offer unlimited bus rides."
Pay and Pay where got free things or subsidise long term one?
