Thanks for your info. Whatever they try to sell or market are just dreams. They will not delivered what is being promised. What they want is just your money to park with them. Thats why I need everyone help to provide enough information. And I will nail them down!!!! We need to be united, and work as a team to bring them to the Law. hihi, nti paris now is located at shentonway near lau pa sak its in a building but i forgot wats the name of the building liao... but of coz the whole building is not theirs lah... their company is only located at the first and the 21 or 22 floor cant remember it has been a long time since i been there... erm... share holders and directors... hum... tat i think u can check it out at thier web site... which i think is www.ntiparis.com ya...Originally posted by tyk70292:Hi, can you tell me where is the nti paris office now? when someone already reported the case, and just because no one want to be named, resulted such an ugly consequences, then the Government admitted is their wrong to intervene the situation. Exactly, what is going to nti paris as well, until something really happen, then the Government would be alerted, is already too late to blame the Laws and Regulation. What a pity, still happen in our Society. you might wanna take note that they insist they r not mlm, so it's kinda like the wad mlm enactment order may not work on them. They keep saying they is wad network marketing via binary plan etc etc... sianz.

Thanks you guys for the info and support. Look, currently, they use this company as a showroom or business models, however, they are involves with others trade which are not appropiate. Remember, ultimately, they want your money to roll and generate enough funds to feed them. Hahaha now seems a lot of people is anti-nti paris already hor. To be frank i did joined nti a few years ago because the upline is my friend and my friend's uncle and i agreed with some of the people that posted their view. Thinking back my friend and i wasted quite a lot of money in it. Anyway anybody who wish to join please consider it again cause i dont wish anyone to waste their money, time and regreted it next time.

They just keep saying if u co-operate with them confirm can earn back enough to cover all those "micellaneous" costs... I realli pissed with them for harming innocent ppl out dere lor. Seriously, if anyone can realli take them to law, as in asap, and win, I take my hat off for datz guy man.

In chinese, there is a saying " Yi Shang Hao You Yi Shang Gao". Which means there is always a mountain higher than another!! Thanks for your generousity for giving me a treat. Once I gather my facts, I intend to publicize to the Government body as well as the Media. What I need to do is to copy this website and a writeout, then direct to the particular Government dept to nail them down. Next, I will copy to the Media, Lee Hsieng Loong, Goh Geok Tong or even LKY. If the particular Government dept is not going to anything, then Media, Lee Hsieng Loong, Goh Geok Tong and LKY is going to ensure that someone head is going to be chop. So, I make sure they are in deep deep deep trouble!!! Just like the recent NKF incident, when people complaint, no one is border to care about it. When it is exploded, then they realised is their mistake to overlook the issue. Likewise, for this case, if there is no one trying to bring them to the Law. They think they are dream maker. However, I need someone to tell me which is the best Government dept is going to handle this? Haha suppose to be CAD (commercial affairs dept) but the enactment order for mlm is done by ministry of trade and industry. But frm the forum seems like nti tio whack a few times but mti and cad cannot bring them down, so u must really really jia you. Dun post ur strat here, later nti peeps actually visit tis on daily basis den find out how to going to whack them den they take even more preventative measures to counter sia. Ho ho ho...

ya lo! and is it legal than nti can just change their plan any-o-how? like the payout change, the maintainence plan change, there is a fund called universal fund supposingly use to go for education or ANYTHING, than they change it to car fund and somemore must buy car worth more than $70k! than those who hit the universal fund wanna use the money go wedding suddenly change plan cannot get married?? its like WTF lor... how can they suddenly change, i think its not ecthically right, even the top pple always pengz wei... change what they say they not steady one la... the maintainence plan is a scam too, hai... poor nti agents, they following the wrong company.. its not the company or the agents that suck, its the management.. they only care about themself.. always say wanna help us but end up always scam our money! like example the car fund challenge! people pay $40, than if they earn 1000US in their 2 months period they give u 1000us extra of car fund, but who has the money to buy the car? at most give u 10kus to downpay, so end up u wun buy the car! than the management earn $40 from jux 100 people can already got $4000 its a bloody scam ther incentive.. aiya sick of it anyway i'm from nti too jux wanna ask if its legal for them to just change their plan any-o-how.. pls reply tks

Untrue facts n gossips will reflect how inmature a person n their personality. Anyone can gossip n cause slandering or flaming in any forums. It will only wait till the day when anyone take legal actions against it. By causing flaming n slandering in a forum just to hope it will greatly influence innocent people reading it. Whereby how true all this facts and people are really involve into each company. Is it true that anyone that is terminated or sack by the company can go into a forum to back stab a company? Just heard some companies is taking legal actions. Think twice to fake up tales. Just an advice. Don't take it too hard.

i do have a feeling, this thread has been going on for years and all these while, nti and their group of heads have been living comfortably and probably has nothing better to do and may be even visiting this website to have a good laugh.. i really wonder what are the major loopholes or the not-very-legal aspects of the company. i do remember someone saying that NTI isn;t ILLEGAL per-se, just that they're weak in the spirit of mlm or something.. so just what;s that thingy that;s lacking or what are they doing wrong?
are the following points valid?
1) presentation of plan differing from the real sales and marketing plan that the company uses and treats as legal
2) the over-emphasis on the products as Business Centres, in order to gain merchant status (which in fact relates to the point about how people are not supposed to be pressured into buying anything, other than training tools etc, according to the MLM prohibition Act.)
3) income coming indirectly and inexplicitly from the recruitment of people
any rebuttals or add-ons?
i really am hoping that, with the vast amount of knowledge and experience that all of us have, we may be able to present a solid case which perhaps can cast doubts upon NTI in the eyes of CAD or DSAS or the relavant authorities?

i feel so cheated, i just have to post here, let more people know about it, its not the company that cheated me, its the management and my uplines in nti, they only treat me as a money tree, but they don't wanna help me earn any money, to hell with u higher ups! ARGH
