Today i choose any MLM company you must find right company,right organisation, what system they using.you all here always said LB and BA is same.. Then I asking you all one question.... each MLM company have their own direction/philosophy, have good planning/inprovement for future.you also need see the company history, the product must be unit and have high recycle using.marketing plan must simple and the company got good educate their distributors.Also did the company have what specialistic give you join them.. you also need feel yourself and use your eye watch them not ppl said good and u joining.
If you really use your heart and yr brain to see this company then you know what is LB are?
Lastly I hope for the ppl don't know what is LB or others MLM are please don't simply said MLM is not good.

i passed by shaw towers the other night and they were having something and i went to explore with my friends since so many ppl are inside...
and guess what?
The way i see those ppl handling the cases and talking to prospects are all hopelessly hopeless..
Their level of knowledge seem so low and i guess they can hardly explain facts and figures...
Summary...
they are almost like AAA...
only making use of emotional tricks and relationships..

I am so happy to have found this forum. I have just quited Belair like a couple of weeks ago, slipped into slight depression and was searching on the web for quite a while. All i managed to find was anti-lamp berger websites, nothing on Belair. Somehow this time, using the right combination of words, I manage to come here. Before I joined Belair earlier this year, I also went on the web to try and find out more about i. Somehow, I did not find this forum, if not..
Well, fate dealt me a cruel hand....
Forsakenbeing's posts basically sums up AAA's working system. Same here, I have all the audio recordings, NDO vcds, transcripts, etc for records. When I decided to get out of the hell hole, what saddens me more than losing my $14K was the fact that a 10 year friendship was worth just that, $14K. Till today, I am not sure what I can do to recover my money.
The day after I sign up for Count, I regretted. However, I suppose I was naive enough to trust the 'friend' that she will not con me. After a while, I tried telling her I wanted out. I wasn't sure AAA's teaching was ethical after attending the NDOs and the late night meetings after the seminars. She just kept quiet and the next time I was in MAM (Meeting after Meeting/Seminar), I was directed to one of the Duds to be pyscho. Anyway, I found out abour the Refund policy and decided to go down to Commonwealth to do the refund process. Did not inform my friend as I did not want to be pyscho by many of the so-called business associates again. This was still within the period of 90 days. However, I was not allowed to refund. Remember the 1+5 deal? Apparently, my friend had sold 1 of her downlines to me so if i need a refund, must go through her instead. When I confronted her, she said the company has to process this as I am one of it's distributors, not hers. Major Taiji-ing! So I am now left in a lurch and we are not on talking terms anymore. I am hoping that the veterans here who have been there long enough or are more experience can advise me what should I do next?

Ask your so called friend of yours as your upline to go to stocklist together to ask the Admin lady there, what that special lady name I've forgotten, she is the person to incharge of the policy about 1+5 plan cos in S'pore only AAA is using so whenever anyone sign on this plan need to go thru her directly not thru the counter instead! And your friend's had transfered 1 of her 1+5 Court to you, that time also need to go thru that Admin lady, too bad I've forgotten her name, maybe u can ask those "cashiers" about this "lady" but dun know they willing to let you know a not as nobody would like to has any customers refunding their things! Go to the headquarters at Commonwealth and do the refund paperwork first. Remember to bring your invoice and refunable stocks. It will only take one morning. They will call your upline Marquis about this as he/she needs to sign an acknowledgment document. Get a few non-BA friends and body guards, especially in the Accounting industry
, to go with you if possible. As carrying and moving the stocks are laborous and you REALLY want to resolve it asap.
Rest assured that you can do this (If it is still withnin the defined period). If there is any resistance, please go to CAD and CASE. Make a photocopy of all docments.
It is highly unlikely that you wll get 100% back of what you have invested. And also depending on whether they can get back the commissions from all the distributors who got from your investment.

Anyway, I am truly glad that so many people have found this 'little' post of Bel' Air and are able to wake up from whatever nightmare that may be waiting for them ahead. Saving people from suffering financial losses lol.
Kudos to people such as Forsakenbeing, SavedSoul, k2wanviet, Life2BfUn, crestfallen and concerned_man for sharing their experience with us. I am sure happy that such a simple thread like this can really help people to see what this MLM is all about.
Keep it up guys, hopefully more people will be aware of this company and realise the risks that they are taking if they want to be a part of it. -

Thanks Sabelli. Actually, there were more who had shared their horrid experiences about the sickening AAA/Bel'Air before this thread was opened. These skunks could not defend their shameful deeds and therefore chose to remain silent. Amazing, this thread has hit 20,000 views and still counting......
I am sure more victims will come out to condemn the infamous AAA/Bel'Air. Hope those who have been victimised will come out to expose AAA/Bel'Air scam.
If you have friends in NUS, NTU, SMU & polytechnics, warn them against joining AAA/Bel'Air. If you blog, link this site. Ask your foreigner friends from Malaysia, Myammar, China, Vietnam, Philippines etc to beware of strangers who said they could help you to have a better life. Also, let as many people as possible know about Bel'Air's thread in sgforums. The forum has helped a lot of people make a wise decision or share the pains of the havoc AAA/Bel'Air has stirred.
So far, they are able to avoid prosecution and remain unscathed. Therefore, we are more determined to expose their misdeeds. The most effective way is to stop them from recruiting new Counts. When recruitment of Counts dwindle, it will hit them hard as there will be no commissions for them. The whole disguised pyramid will just collapse when the members no longer trust their "cult leaders". They could never sustain a prolong failure to recruit because revenues from repeat customers are very small.

I don't know how to tell you this, but if you took over one of your friend's position, i am afraid you can't return the stocks, UNLESS you friend's 1+5 was done less than 6 months ago. My suggestion is to gather some of your friends (esp the tough looking ones), go down to the company together, and kick up a fuss. Don't make trouble, in case they call the police, but just ask your friends to go with you for support.
Thats right. Threaten to take the case up to CASE or the authorities, on the basis that you have been conned. I am not sure how effective this is going to be, but maybe they will try to make some compensation for you.
Do you know any ex-bel'air people from your network? It might be good to contact them. What you are going thru was what many of us went thru when we left. It was like waking up from a nightmare... many of us found comfort and support from those who had also woken up from it...today i still meet up with many ex-belair distributors for a simple cup of coffee, with no hidden agendas... These days we look out for each other now, because few understand what we went thru in Bel'air.
I would like to apologize on behalf of your uplines...and your old friend. I can understand what they were thinking when they asked you to join. Honestly many of them were decent people, I can assure you that they do have intentions to help you. Sadly, their good intentions have all been twisted by all the mindset brain-washing sessions they went thru... now they are only pawns to their uplines, who are the ones making all the money. These people are beyond redemption now...
Best thing to do now is to move on with life. Many of us took a long time to recover, and most of us are still heavily in debts... Thats life i guess... All the best to you.. if you need any help you can always approach us here.

My so-called 90 days has also passed. But the company tells me it doesn't matter as there is no refund period between my upline & me, and actually the account can be transfer back if the fiend choses to.
I have also checked with CASE but the staff says it basically don't handle our cases as we are not considered as consumers but agents/business entities of the company. -

then now this snr marquis already become dukes, but his poor sibling still CM..

since those dukes always claimed that AAA/belair are damm good and sure success and they are making ppl to buy up to marquis or dukes... why this duke don't ENCOURAGE his silbling to buy up to marquis then..
possible reason is
1) got doubt on his sibling can't even make it
2) got doubt about this buying up thing also
3) Got NO MONEY to help his sibling to buy up (dukes earning 5 figure! NO MONEY!)

Aiyah, I guess you all are talking anout NL, the younger brother of LN & LH right? He already become Monkey in May, just in time for D&D.
There's a story he keeps telling anout how his brother called the Stocklist to wait for him to cut Count at the last minute before closing for the day (and next day is award presentation). So he made it to Monkey and how grateful he is to his big brother.
The sis/bros also say now that they make so much money, their parents now can choose to open the stall as and when they like it. Only when they are bored......
