If there wasn't any complain like this forum do u think they will come n help . I DOUBT SO.
1.)The company should out of goodwill be proactive, show the mass media that they are GENUINE .
2.)They should take back the goods at 30% n return the distributors the $$$ in due time.(Dun forget most of them are IN DEBTS FROM CUTTING COUNT OR COUNTS).
3.)The company should / must enforce all distributors to operate directly under the company, focusing on product sales and doing some GENUINE marketing.
4.)Taking action against those who abuse it . (U think the company will take action against Kennnethh Huat - he approve n gave the green light).
5.)Since the company says their product is good (a good reason to take back the stocks) then they should ask those who abuse to focus on product sales and doing some GENUINE marketing.(For those Return Goods as a sign of goodwill).
6.)Not asking those who are victims to focus on product sales and doing some so call GENUINE marketing.
Maybe another round will come in the future(cutting counts) , the company will them be constructive again telling another victims to look at the bright side, at least the company is not pushing all the responsibilities away.. and is trying to help those who were badly affected. Y am i still sharing my experince because Paying It Forward is not about 1 day,1wk ,1mth, 1 yr . I will be here to refresh my experince hoping that there will be 1 soul less to work extra1,2,3 jobs for 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,years to paid back his debt .
So pls all forumers pls pls do refresh your experience weekly ,monthly(some of them who did not JOIN after reading the forum i could feel their sense of relieve n happynessssssss)

sorry to say this... who cares about doing sales to sell our goods? i mean why must i do sales to clear my stuffs? its those fellows' promise that there is no sales involved. who shd be responsible? if the company is truely sincere about us, they shd get those blood suckers to do something. sell for us the product is already very kind to them liao.

They themselves also have a lot of products lor. LOL
They brought so many Marquises line. Think all the essential oil is enough to fill up 1 baby pool and all the ducks can merrily swimming in there. Then set fire to the pool so we all can have QUAN JU DE roast ducks. LOL
Anyway think the best is option for Shiang Series is to terminate the account of all the Ducks lor. Think we should start something to voice out our view and so Shiang Series can use it as evidances to terminate their account.
Anyone got any idea

I was told they were the ones who drafted the terms and conditions and also vet the sales kit.
However , i am not 100% confirmed that it is...
i once heard duck don (or donald duck..tsk.tsk..) boasting that belair is associated to L**&L**...

i was merely sharing what i have seen and heard... and trying to look at the whole situation in a constructive manner... it sure beats sulking at home... :-p
of course the company is partially responsible, but my view is that the ultimate culprits are still those Ducks...
in the present situation, the company is not going to refund us our $$$, so what can we do?
1 thing is to get rid of ur pdts... sell them use them give them away.. or u wana rub AA formula on the wall also can...
Seriously speaking... i suggest u all go to the company and voice your issues/complains/whatever u wana say with them... the management is aware of the problems created by certain evil networks, so we need more ppl to go there and "rub salt into the wound".. add oil to the fire.. and just maybe the company will be forced to take some real actions.
There are some network/ducks whose actions are threatening the stability and image of the company... if we create enough damage and make enough noise, perhaps the company will be force to cut them loose so as not to further damage their own reputation (Bel'air does NOT have a gd reputation in the MLM industry nowadays... ). i jus wonder whether company will consider terminating membership of some of the culprits so as to salvage the situation...
imagine those ducks losing their distribution rights! -

seem like there is not enough regulatory actions distributors can take against errant companies
are Singaporeans sitting ducks for scams and mismanaged schemes? -
most ppl dun like to trouble themselves in fear of being shot in the leg.
and being singaporeans, sadly to say, even i myself, i rather move on with life, treating all this memories like a nightmare, than looking for ways and means to get even with them. maybe this society already made us lose the voice, the courage and the effort to bring evil-doers down.

Distributors are still under the control of MLM companies.
They never own the business from the start. More like the real boss is the boss of MLM companies. More like they are the ones profitting the most and sitting there having the last laugh.

Hey there everyone.
Sometimes, it makes me wonder why people tend to mix up entrepreneurship, self-employed and multi-level marketing. To me, it's too common a misconception.
From what I've learnt, an entrepreneur or self-employed forks out his/her own capitals (borrowed from whoever they know) to start up a business that's of their own, not under the umbrella of another company.
But in multi-level marketing, you're still under the umbrella of the company and you are only their distributors of the products. Not one who ventures their own business on their own.
Eg. You are building up your own network inside a multi-level marketing company yes, but it doesnt make you an entrepreneur but just a product distributor of a higher level. You are still under the the umbrella of whatever company you may be in.
Just because of the financial freedom, flexible working hours that they claim to have? But in the end, you have to meet the sales target you're supposed to achieve isnt it? You dont have the same freedom of what some people think they are as entrepreneurs. -
should voice up to Shiang jie tat to get our uplike ducks to buy back our stocks ? we can sell at 38% or 41% discount on the original price ? For those who have alot of stocks, please purpose to her in order to help you guys.

I dun mind selling back at a 50% loss. Got so many unopened bottles and some they bastard force to use. open use a bit only. A few thousand is better than none, consider a brand new 4L cost $400 plus. sigh.

They are tapping on Myanmar side to cut count and 1+5 to create the sale volume to required to "PUSH UP" that person.

They wouldn't think that they are in the wrong lor. They will blamed everyone for all this negative voices in the market.
They will tell new friends that all these people failed because:
- They don't follow the system.
- They don't follow upline leaders.
- They don't have 100% trust & believe.
- They are not simple in they thinking.
- They are LAZY & STUPID.
I don't think there will be more people here as most of them from Myanmar don't have the address of this forums.
