You may not believe me now, but soon, you'll learn this through the hard way when the company doesn't pay out anymore. Anyway, at your age, you probably did not have a lot to throw into this company, so it is ok. Just take it as paying some fees for a valuable lesson. -

What i dont understand is
they avoided the questions and issues, and instead of admitting they dont have the answers to them, reroute by wanting to close this topic and forum through making personal attacks and saying there is nothing else to talk about when they dont even answer to those charges
mind boggling, how far they would go, to avoid answering questions by saying a lot of unneccesary things, and to hopefully halt any discussions

They are very happy to hear news of expansions, even though we can point out how suspicious it looks
For example, when we noted that the stocks bouight in a HK company seem like a penny stocks, even thought they keep talking about expansion, nobody came back to us on this..it was conveniently forgotten

Are the teaching really that Bad or Make Worse to the Lowest Point of No Return whereby ALL PARTIPICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE TERMS & AGREEMENT PAPER.
That is something WHICH I MENTIONED some time back stating the Agreement by the Participant that He/She WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK ANY SINGLE CENT IN THE EVENT OF THE COMPANY CLOSURE, PARTICIPANT BACKING OUT & Company Has The Rights To Stop Paying Participants At Any Point Of Time.

Use your own analysis and think... go accra and check, go taiwan and check the building emcom is in, go test the technology yourself! go KL and check out if Empire state is building, go meet more experienced managers to get the facts and documents to see. (it beats sitting foolishly in front of a lappy posting 73000 posts)

Anyway why i believed in this system was because, if James phang wanted to do a hit and run. He could have follow what E-barrel or swisscash did, just do a confirm 10% return on investment monthly, but he did not do that,
Sunshine system has no talk on investment, its jux buying products to get rebates, if he really wanted to run, why would he have this system? why not be like swisscash with no company and in the application form put Guarrenteed 10%.
You can analyse that the company really aims to return the promised rebate figure.

From this post alone there are so many contradictory points. You guys were guaranteed payments every mth, so what makes you different from Swisscash who promise 10%?
Secondly, if its merely buying products and getting rebates, why the talk of getting rich, getting income and having BMWs and Mercs? This is one of the contradictory point which was raised numerous times and which were not refuted. Instead, people have to resort to personal attacks to avoid this issue.
In short, Sunshine Empire is not a place to get rich. Its probably just another in the shadow telecommunication service provider that cant match the likes of Singtel Starhub or even Phoenix Communcations.
I like SE agents to come here. Always sure kena left right centre from people one. -

Yes, they have products in their Emall and claimed that "investors" join as merchants and get e-points to purchase the products in the Emall. The returns you get every month is so called the loyalty rebates. BUT they are only paying out the rebates faithfully because they know that to get more money for expansion (and to legalise their business), the payouts have to be there to attract ignorant and insatiable investors. One word, using GREED.
Let me tell you what is likely to happen. In the near future, they will stop paying cash returns. They will then claimed that nothing was guaranteed at the beginning. They will say that this was not an investment, the company hence has no obligations towards the merchants. They will say that whatever the independent distributors promised were not representative of the company. In other words, at the end of the day, the "investors" will be left with no cash....only e-points which they can use to purchase expensive and unwanted MLM products (from SE's previous failed businesses). -

The swisscash model is short-lived. He did not want a hit and run system. He wants to be able to enjoy his wealth (conned from ignorant "investors" ) in Singapore.

He did not want to run away or get into trouble with the laws. He wants the foolish ones to give him the money willingly. No black and white on guaranteed returns so that he has no contractual obligations towards them when he stops paying.
