in my point of view.....i think special occasions like v-dae is a muz-to-celebrate with ur loved ones.....

Im so sorry to hear about this.
The problem is, does he know that u r disappointed? Maybe he doesnt know anything and doesnt guess that u would be disappointed if he doesntt do anything on v. day.
So, if there is a way to let him know that u value special days, like birthdays, anniversaries, v.day, etc, I guess he would make the effort. Coz he may have different mindset than urs? And maybe he doesn't even realize this difference? -

ya, flowers on v-day is more expensive.
