Its getting terrible these days. Some day last week, I was at Bugis with my girlfriend. We saw this average-looking girl wearing this short skirt (think its white or red). I told my girlfriend that so short sure can see panty one. Just like what I had commented, her black panty was so obvious when she took the escalator. In between us and her were 3 teenage guys. They too saw the black panty and guessed what. They followed her around and even pretended to wait at the side when that girl was buying some drinks.
Just dont understand why some girls like to draw these type of attentions to themselves. They know its short and reveal and STILL they want to wear. I dont deny the fact that guys like to see but by wearing such short skirts, they are indirect stamping the word "b1tch" all over them.
