y don't you try callin those helplines for unmarried women.......?i know there is a place called rose villa or something that will take in unmarried pregnant women & let them stay there for free or at least a minimal feeuntil they give birth & of cos, give up their child for adoption.

Hi all, Let me tell U guys my story.... 4 years ago, when I just graduated and just step out to the industry to work for just few months, I realized my GF is pregnant. We're together for 10 years and just ROM then. We've not much savings for marriage. Coupled with fears of telling our parents about this almost made me abort the child. My GF says no and we finally decided to face it. We told our parents and siblings and surprising, they're all very supportive and most willing to lend us money to tide us through. With their encouragment, we decided even more to keep our child and of course we've now few big obstacles to cross - (1) prepare marriage which is a race against time cos her stomach is getting bigger each day. (2) saving for marriage and later for the child's delivery (3) saving for buying flat later on and renovations (4) saving for child's expenditure after he is born like diapers and nanny, etc. All these are pressure in front of us that we're goingto face.....

You want to abort ah? Maybe I should show you the truth about what you are about to do to your own child, before you make your "choice".
Are you sure want to go through with it? There are so many other options like adoption rather then paying a few dollars to slice up an innocent baby like unwanted tissue. Think hard about this. So many childless couples need a baby to adopt, if you dun want your child, they certainly do. -
It is your responsibility to take care of the baby rather than going for abortion. You are murdering you own baby. Take care of the baby yourself.

Frankly if I was an adopted child, I would be glad that my real parents did not have me cut up and sucked down a tube. Stop lying to yourself. The reason you want to abort is not because you care for the baby, but because of your own selfish reasons. Abortion is the easy way out because it is legalized murder.

the main thing is... she's okay with the decision? if she's ok.. den go ahead. if she can't give birth or wat in future its her problem.

but i dun support you all to keep the baby though. cos bearing a child and bringing it out to the world, seriously need plannings.
you never plan you bring it out only bring trouble. 20 yrs old. too young. i got one ah beng friend who is only 18 yrs old with a 2 year old baby. his younger sister only 8 years old. you see, so wierd. but they pulled thru this. The baby was out and my fren's mum is taking care of him. they are quite happy though. -

I got news for you... this baby is already in this world. It is already here and alive. The only difference between it and what you consider a "normal" baby is that it has not been born yet.
Ask yourself this... is your future, your studies, justify the taking of another's life? There are so many other options. Do not blind yourself to them. Stop stating reasons like shame and future and money, these are just excuses. But I tell you, if you really go through with it and see your child in a jar, all torn up, immediately you know that you have done a very, very wrong thing, and that's gonna be with you for the rest of your life.
Your child is a living individual, not a simple piece of tissue that you can just discard for four hundred dollars. Ask yourself, when it comes to the bottom line, is it even barely justified? Not a chance, never. There's no grounds you can justify the killing of your child, not what her parents might say, not what your parents might say.
And your studies... are you telling me you are willing to sacrifice your child for a piece of paper saying that you have studied? Is a piece of paper worth having blood on your hands.

My fren just done once she do it at katib that side got oone clinic there its okei..but must go check and scan 1st... its aorund $400+ mostly its thhat price..so can ask around..
better do it fast if not its too late 8weeks is late liao..
i dun agree on getting aboortion but like wat i feel u all shhould bear responsibilities..but no chhoice..
so stand by hher...and she need alot of rest after the abortion at least 3 days cant get off bed lehh...and one week walk less.....if not shhe may be very miserable...

The first step should always be the solution generating step. And the last should be the blame game, which is useful in which it generates guilt to prevent such things from happening again.

All I am doing here is pointing out that the supposed "solution" of abortion is not a solution at all, it is just another horrendus mistake in a line of mistakes, mistakes of the type which you will ultimately regret.
There is no choice, you cannot go down with it and live with yourself.
