What if there's "agreement" to drink alcohol and have sex? Is that still non consensual?? do u mean the Shankar case? In that case there was no question that she was drunk, he said as much, yet there is nothing to stop him from putting up his defence, was there? That means it can still constitute consent, unless she has passed out totally. whatever the case.. make the incident known.. it'll serve as a warning to the guys who were involved to prevent further incidents from happening

as i hv say.... whether u will win the case a not will oni be determind how fast u report and how much evidence police can gather..... the longer u drag that means more evidence will be gone...
to report a to police or to win the case anot is not impt.... do get help from councelor 1st and seek their professional help...
