best way is not to offend anyone yet solve the problem right....
maybe next time he touch you again you can stare at him but don't scold him yet... let him mentaly know that you are aware that he is molesting you...
try to wear more coverage shirt or pant when tuition for him...
you can hint and let him know that you are aware but don't scold him yet.... if he ignore and decided to carry on with this.. then i suggest you talk to him but don't go to his parent yet.. until you have no choice, when he refused to listen to him(which i don't think so), then let his parent know... -

Look for another job, although tuition pays well...but not worth it if something bad happens. Telemarketing sounds good, pays about $6-$7 per hour. I recommend Starhub. Go and give them a call if you are interested, I'm sure they still need alot of people for telemarketing. I think I saw it in the newspapers.
