Am new here but have been reading quite a number of threads here. I think FireIce is doing quite a good job and I must say that some of her comments though are not serious (if that's what you are expecting) but are funny and witty enough. Just give her a break.

even paid or salaried moderators like CNA or HWZ forums also cannot entirely follow the guidelines u have spelt out.
this is a free forum where everyone can come and go as they like. those who like it will stay for long. those who don't will leave naturally.
u shud know what to do next.
