aniwae forgetting some1 is not something easy and especially so if that
someone is a very good friend.
here's my advice
try not think about him and to do so
actively engage yourself with activities like sports or smthing liddat.
dun dwell on the past as it would only it would only make forgetting the person even harder.
also, do not try to rekindle your strong emotions for that person as it too would make the journey forth without him even harder.
anyway, the pain is part and parcel of growing up to be a better and stronger person. no1 would get away in life without feeling very down at times. be strong and remember that there's no point in living in the past. The future is wad we should all cherish. -

YES, i haven't gotten over mr p and realise gradually that i dun have to waste time doing d impossible cuz he will be in my heart always no matter where i run to/ hide... i'm past d self-denial stage!!!
btw, i'm no zen fan & 'sleepy-the-zen-cat' sounds awful & totally un-sexy!
