Com on.. Peace bro, tats the way man, yea. If we gonna argue over such issues... it make all of us adults here look like small kids. There is no winners or losers here. Peace and Safety to all us lucky car owners! Then again like i mentioned, this was no doubt a veri interesting debate.Originally posted by guitarman1:thanks la, I quite happy i managed to entertain all of u even when the thread endingCouldn't have done it without my good fren Donny...keke
quirky!Originally posted by houndy:I realise one thing about this thread too. We keep talking about performance. It seems that everything is about performance.. No one really mentioned about comfort and the interior design of the car. Also the functions and those gadgets inside it as well. Not to mention about safety. Anyway a tus has only ONE air bag compared to a renault megane which has 5.![]()
Actually the higher the performance the more the insurance.. so the V6 is not worth it.. esp if you are below 36 yrs old. Anyway many japanese makers have moved their operations to thailand. so you get a japanese brand car but made in thailand. How many of us have a chance to drive performance cars. Sitting in one is not counted though. Of course you can go to the showrooms to test drive one. Even though i drive the most powerful 1.6 car in singapore.Originally posted by HENG@:i've generally stayed out of this debate. but now that everyone is calming down, i would like to add my 2 cents worth.
personally, I like the looks of the Tuscani. Personally, I don't like the performance. But it IS a hyundai, it IS one of the best things they've made. I wouldn't mind driving one around for the fun of it. If I drove one, I sure as hell wouldn't pick "fights" with WRXs n EVOs because its a no-fight situation, but hey, the Tuscani has an elegance to it that most Jap nutters don't. The higher-speced model has a V6, which I have a weakness for, and it looks rather like a ferrari from certain angles. So yes. there are things I love and hate about this car. but overall, out of 10, i would rate this car a 7

Hmmm....wait the body cannot take the engine.. then we will have cars on the trees alreadyOriginally posted by donnynsc:Haha, toking bout performance, dunno why Hyundai dun wanna come out their Accent-Evo version, haha, shud b a giant killer with a light body![]()
hmm well i've driven some fairly alright cars, the most powerful being 240bhp.Originally posted by houndy:Actually the higher the performance the more the insurance.. so the V6 is not worth it.. esp if you are below 36 yrs old. Not bad... the most powerful car i driven should be the lexus430 though.. but it was a short distance.. from the roadblock to the carpark..Originally posted by HENG@:hmm well i've driven some fairly alright cars, the most powerful being 240bhp.
i like i like. its a nice elegant n rather classy car. i've heard that the interior is less than perfect with a few plasticky parts, but otherwise the poise of the car is simply sweet.Originally posted by Supercharged:I don't know how 350z got into this thread (probably just an innocent bystander) but since it was brought up several times, my question is ... Do you like 350z? As a 350z owner, I am interested to share with what people thought about it. No right or wrong answer, appreciate any feelings/flames.
My experience is that most evo drivers I met like 350z and vice versa. Not sure about wrx ... S2000 etc? RX8 owners probably had some reservation on 350z (vice versa), but I guess strangely both driver groups respect RX7 (more than RXand the Zs. Is there certain grouping of drivers who share traits and likings on cars?
