hi tweety, i took note of mine when i pumped petrol this morning. my fuel indicator needle showed abt 2-3mm below the 1 quarter mark and i pumped full tank (until the pump nozzle clicked stop). it was only 30.1 Litre.Originally posted by tweety74:Thanks for your advice. seems like reading off from the indicator may not be very accurate after all.
esp i noticed the fuel indicator is slow to react and display the truth in real time.
also that you only measured from quarter tank to full. would be more accurate if you can take measurement from the point where warning light appears.
even warning light appearance is also not really consistent, sometimes it shows sometimes it doesnt.
i also agree that you shd have the engine run in to get the real FC. -

Real cute shop...whopping delicious smells of waffles been made by the staff, besides the fantastic tasting ice cream they have freezes, milk shakes....and what is best friendly counter staff.... -

the plan for saturday i think roughly is this:
start meeting at kallang macdonalds 4pm.
hang around and admire each other's cars till abt 5.30
including buy/sell marchies decals and t-shirts (bring enough money)
travel to changi from 5.30 to 6pm
bbq shd start 6.30, 7pm
own time own target till kingdom comes
there's a swimming pool, bring your sexiest swimsuits along (i mean for the guys!) -
btw, the bbq damage will have to be shared among the eaters, we try to keep within $10 - $12 per head. kids below 10 is free (but dun bring the whole kindergarten over, this msg esp for the teachers marchies!)

We hope to see you in our next meet up, I guess this weekend some of the marchies will be very much disappointed. They will be bring along their kids, is like one big family outing.
