1) Break paddle is higher then the accelerator. I've no idea why is that so, maybe it's for safty reason?
2) Since most K12 in SG are Auto and there isn't clutch paddle, i think that the left side of the foot compartment is a little too tight. Not really comfy for me because.... (go think about it)
3) The steering is so light that i'm able to turn with my fingers.
4) Mirrors on both sunshade. Come in handle for female driver whom have forgotten about putting on make-up.
5) LV wannabe styling for the orange interior
By the way, what do you guys think of the Rear View Mirror? -

Hihi, i used to go up to yishun to check the car, always like a ghost town there....guess mostly they go east or central thats is nearer to the workplace.

5. Wait till u see the ice blue interior in the new FL.
I dun totally agreed it's a lady's car, especially in more macho colours like black & silver. Throw in some body kit (Not TC standard fitting!) and u can get some fierce looking machine. -

1. Can't feel that even if i was a fat person.......
2. Foot compartment ok for me, i push back the chair a bit, not too sure abt hubby leg length.......
3. Just right for me,,,not too heavy, i turned in a heavy wheel car and its was tiring.......size is ok, some may feel thats it a bit too big.....
4. Comes in handy for make-up, checking on the hair, while waiting for light to turn green......er i only have 1 mirror, wished there was 2...
5. will like the black type of leather racing seats but if its not for racing, then its ok.......
I dun totally agreed it's all a lady's car, with a bit of mods inside and outside, will look like any guys car not that size of the car matters.........my penang friends who have a evo was taken over on highways by a kencil car, so its wht u put in the car........if u can reduce the drag at the same time..... -

A Kencil ever smoked a SG plate WRX (mod up)...! No matter how hard we try to mod up the K12 is still AUTO..! if it is a manual like the SR12... yum yum yum. Alight that's all forks.. ! -
LADIES car?
the march has many women friendly features indeed. do you know that nissan in the initial design phase had engineers hiding at shopping malls' carparks to study how women struggled to get their shopping bags and kids into cars (read in somewhere)?
i bet the engineers would have never expected such unexpected success in appealing to male drivers back then.
frankly the March has never occured to me as a Ladies car, except that since many pple started calling it this way that i go along.
the first impression that struck me actually was RETRO instead.
its very easy to design a fierce looking car, just put up some sharp edges, pull the lines horizontally, make it lower, etc etc. (tastefully done or not i cannot comment)
its also very easy to make a clown looking car, make it bubbly, short, slap on some weird colours etc etc.
but how many pple can make a fun looking car but oozes character and depth?
when i first saw the march, i could immediately "connect" with the designers. it seemed like these bunch of designers conveniently slapped up something, but i knew they have put up tremendous effort to come up with the design.
with all the high tech gadgets thrown in the march, one would normally go along the theme and make the displays high tech looking with OLED lights, digital readouts, even headsup display, silvery panels, sharp looking buttons and switches, black leather seats etc etc...
instead they used ivory dials, retro looking displays from the 60s, minimalist layout, rounded corners, milkish colour combinations. yet made knowingly to the customers that hidden under these are the latest and greatest technologies.
i went "OMG!!" when i first saw the car. these designers were just damn humourous and stylo-milo! they were playing with their works! intentionally challenging the norms! and doing it with style. everything was purposely and tediously thought out to make it retro but tasteful. many features and components were first in their history and designed from scratch.
that makes the march so special and unique. even today i look at cars in the street, not many appeal to me. even the latio has to "borrow" the design so beautifully found in the marches (frankly i dun find it fitting nicely in latio, esp in black).
the nissan march and its variants will be the first and the last true blue beauty in many years to come. -

1) ever read news about aunties reveresed into walls or over somebody when all she wanted to do was brake? brake paddles are made bigger and higher so that you have a better chance of stepping into it even when you are stepping on the wrong thing.

3) indeed the steering is very light, never driven a car liddat before this. but i have gotten used to and am loving it. nowadays when i hop onto other cars i dread. my muscles are turning soft...
4) i've got many uses on the driver's side mirror too. you won't want to hear disgusting stuff do you?
