Why would you consider Vacum, for a start a Tach meter is the most important part of your running in peroid. If you want to change bulb you should change your delay together with the bulbs...! what you will encounter will be changing of bulbs every 6months if you dun change delay, the bulbs will blow off quickly, dun forget the fuse too !... secondly the delay will burnout after a year or so ! cost of replacement is abt $300 plus for the delay... ! Best solution a pair of OEM HID headlamp set cost abt $600 plus, remove all your future problems..!
ICE, can be mixed and match ! It also depends on what you want (entry level or mid level). You can check out what kind of package the above shop will offer you and what "brands"... ! ! You can ask TC to remove your head unit and ask for solar firm or other goodies to replace the head unit...! the stock head unit is "trash ". .. sorry pple is true. ! rather you exchange for some thing else..! Is not even worth $50 in the second hand market. Our stock speakers are paper con... can't produce much impact...! go shop around audio shops ! need recommendations for good service can msg me.

COE has been dropping furiously and i'm more and more tempted to buy a car.
Think if i start saving, i will be able to get it by next Feb.
But b4 I commit myself to a car, just wanna ask some qns.. sorry if its something being asked b4... Not much time to browse thru the thread.
1) Is it expensive to maintain the car? Roughly how much do i have to spend per month to maintain it?
2) How is the fuel consumption like? -

a) the type of petrol you prefer
b) the amount of distance you travel per mth.
c) car wash (this is subjective, some prefer to pay a sum to get it done by others while others prefer to DIY)
Servicing will comes in 1k, 5k, 10k, 20k, 30k.... (refer to your driver's manual). You have a choice of either going back to TC for servicing or you can find your own workshop.
2) As for fuel consumption, maybe the rest of the guys here may poll in? -

so, if you really really need a car, the price is all time low now...
however you may want to check and confirm with the sales rep that if you are getting the new souped up nissan march as someone have discussed before ( a few pages back).
firstly, not very sure if the new 1.5L nissan march would arrive in spore.
if the sales rep says "no", better verify again as they may just want to get rid of the older batches and tell you they are not coming.
if the sales rep says "yes", make sure he is delivering the 1.5L ones to you, and get it down in writing.
as for the fuel consumption, can refer to first page of this chapter 5, we have some records.
for me, i fetch kid to school every morning and return home for breakfast.
then drop wifey to work @ town and drive to work to pasir panjang.
evening i pick up wifey and fetch kid to tuition. with occassional business meetings and kopi in between, in total about 3 hours on the road on weekdays. on weekends, i am about 2 hours on the road. my fuel costs me about $300 a month.
altogether plus servicing, insurance, road tax, parking and others, think you will need to burn about S$1.2k - S$1.5K every month.
this $$ will allow you to take many rounds of taxis. but for me, money will not allow me to buy the thrill of owning / driving a March. -

Sorry cannot make it for the convoy. I am busy preparing for my own overseas trip to the states.
Have not been logging in due to work, and problems logging into the net with this old pc of mine.
Once I clear my trips and work is back to sanity. I'll join for anything.

I saw there is a nex suspension on the mcwell website.
Is this a good suspension kit? any opinions?
I am looking to lower my ride. ( tho can i do that with my stock setup? what are the cons in lowering my ride?) -

Must say i had a tremendous great fun yesterday!!!
The 1-day trip to JB ran smoothly. We did not have any lost sheeps while moving around in JB. Must say walkie talkie works wonders! Thanks to NYC n ROYCINDY for their kind contributions of walkies to facilitate smooth comms!
No words can really comprehen the great fun we've had yesterday! I'm lost for words to discribe the whole affair. Guess i'll leave it to the rest to give the account of the trip soon! Can always count on Kamen to do that with all those pics that he had taken.
Glad to have elainey to join yesterday....FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! Daring girl huh?! First time joining the club outing.... daringly join us for a trip up north! Well for the record, she came back in one piece! haha (Well, this will tell a lot about our club rite? ) Will leave it to elainey to talk about her experience with the club...hopely !!!!
You guys out there who have not experience the fun of our marchies club spirit......do try to join us in ur next outing k?! We'll have another major outing soon next month. Akan Datang!
