marchieaddict is spot on. That was what my SE advised me.
The Cat E is more for those who require the COE on an urgent basis. At least, it seems to be designed for that purpose. -

if yes, it means they have already secured the Cat A COE for you and you cant change it anymore.
if no, you do have a choice of either Cat A or Open Cat, but doesnt serve any purpose to get Open Cat if Cat A is cheaper than Open Cat since your paper value is based on the Cat A value of the same bid.
If you get Open Cat when Cat A is more ex, your paper value is based on the Open Cat.
Worst case, you pay more for Open Cat (due to urgency) but paper value based on cheaper Cat A. (they also know how to count, they are unlikely to sell you based on Open Cat at same price as based on Cat A. They will only go to Open Cat if they are under pressure to clear stock) -

understand that next shipment ETA 23-11-06 but need time to clear customs etc, only way to find out when you'll get your ride is call SE to chase and ask lor. -

Ordered Air Blue. Collecting 1st week Nov. They had limited colors available in stock. So if it's not in stock, then have to check shipments. Next shipment will deliver 1st week Dec.

Ok the time has come......SE has successfully gotten the COE for my mum. And the car will be arriving in NOV.
Now...first thing first....where can I go in Singapore to get the Front/Rear Strut-bar, undercarriage brace, and lowered spring.
Second thing....what is the sickest wheels combination that can suit the March.
Thirdly, where can I get a good set of 'display meters' to show the tachometer and other ECU information.
I wish to source for these items early and get them ready Before the car arrives. So that I can hook up these extras immediately after collecting the car.
Anyone with good informations and recommendations can PM me.
