My personal opinion is that the best bang-for-buck appearance mod is alloy wheels. These can run $500 to $4k depending on size, manufacturer, original or replica, forged or cast. Get some nice grippy tyres to go with it and you have appearance and performance mod all-in-one!Originally posted by gpang77:Hi Guys,
I have found a lobang who is selling Nissan March Bodykit - Similar to nissan stock (include installation and paint) for $650....
However, material is PP Fibre (I think)...
What do you guys think? Worth it...?
wow... whats the $damage$ going to be?Originally posted by melmok:So sad...recently went for 3 yr car inspection. Failed brake testguess I must have been tough on my little Marchie...
You just need to change the pads most likely. Shouldn't be more than $100. But if there is problem with the disc (front) or drum (rear), could be more.Originally posted by melmok:no idea what it will cost... will send it for repairs this weekend.... probably a change of the rear brakes.
For my car with 17inch rim, sound proof, heavy amps and woofer i still did about 14km/L . Before i pump petrol , i note down my mileage done is about 490km. And after i pump petrol i found i had pump about 36L. I beileve my car can do better if i dun have any passenger or other weight to the car. am a heavy user , i bought over the car for about 5 months i have done about 23,000km .Drive it gently and gradually .Originally posted by zonkkie:11km/l quite ok la.... mine also like that. But recently went to Mandai Zoo twice and then drove from East to IMM.... went up to 13km/l
Yeah I am also hoping it does not cost much.... already spend doing 1st rnd inspection n fail.... Anyways I am sending to Tan Chong n see how it goes to b on safe side... if I fail again can blame them...Originally posted by Shooting_Cloud:You just need to change the pads most likely. The good news is that it's fairly easy to change as it's not part of the engine and transmission, so less chance of screw up.![]()

If we discuss about OD ON/OFF, it may end up confusing other drivers as light on is OD/OFF, which can be instinctually confusing. So I'll refer it to Light ON or Light OFF.Originally posted by zonkkie:hey all,
can i check if you drive with OD on or off?
Read the manual and know that if driving at high speed (80kmph?) should be ON. Do you guys just leave it as ON or change to OFF when city driving?
