  How come har? I pass my TP on Dec 21, but register for photocard licence like 3 weeks later, how come they change my passing date to the date of issue? Weird eh?

  because from that day u registered ya licence and they give u the temp slip and PDL means straight away u can drive already while waiting for the actual QDL card. anyway...u cannot drive legally from 21 dec to 3 weeks later, so what's the point of putting 21 dec as pass date right?

  stellazio must have went to apply for licence ON THE SAME DAY he passed his TP, it explains. they key here is ya 'APPLICATION DATE', not the PASSING DRIVING TEST DATE. Some people may have the time to take and pass the driving test but may not have further time to quque up and wait for number then being called up to apply driving licence. There are also like-minded 'just-passed-TP' people Q-ing up as well..so u can imagine the numbers. Like the day i finally passed(11 dec), happy yes but only have time to watch safety videos but not time to take Q number at TP counter, as i have to go for work shortly then. end up on week l8r on fri(dec 18) then finally have time to apply.
