  Not surprised. For example ppl like me who wanted to buy a 5 room flat opted for a 4 room flat instead because I thought about the cleaning part

  JW here also got but 5 room die die hard to go under 200K. JW area (600+) is 'golden' place cos got Pri, Sec, JC, Uni, Stadium (in a few yrs time), Jurongpoint, pioneer mall, gek poh... so if u stay here can study from Pri to Uni no need travel far... last time is Dover Road, now i moved to JW, both areas flooded with schools....

  Of course compare to the new ones la.
  The resale ones 5 room is more expensive
  But location not as good as the 4 room we looking at.

  i just went hdb got a list of prices for sembawang,sengkang, bt panjang,woodlands ( 5 room/exec) mostly exec..u wan wat area i list down price..

  Aiya like I said when I finish my reno (I'm still deciding between contractors) then I send u pics to see la.
  
  My design one contractor commented that I watch too many mystery movies coz I want a lot of hidden compartments to keep my stuff. LOL

  Already spent on entertainment. My brother is bioing to come over my place to play PS2 games. Haha.
