  its not expensive to get married la. just go ROM then a reception for ur frens and family members can liao.
  
  photograhy can save cos it will end up in the store room. marriage is a life time thing so everyday must be special. everytime go travelling take alot of pic also. anyway i think i can take better pictures then those so-called professional photographer.
  
  housing u oni need to worry abt the reno part. should be between 20-30k. take a loan ans slowly pay off lor. or u should habe start saving long ago.

  as far as i know, HDB has halted the sale of JW flats early this month to adjust the prices again. It may be going up since the MRT is extending towards the west.
  
  my neighbour, an resale agent, told me that since the news was released, the prices of flats with 200m of the proposed MRT stations went up 30k.

  I think best is slowly look around and compare prices to find best price, or flats you like within your budget
