  It's theft and extortion, with a count added in for criminal intimidation in public., plain and simple.
  
  However, you still have to study in the school for a while more..so try talking to your teacher and get your phone back first.

  depend on sch rule. if i'm not wrong sch rule disallow ur fren to bring hp to sch. tats why the teacher confiscate it.

  Yes.absolutely. BUt the thing is that i am not inside school grounds nor during school activities.
  I can go homee...no lessons anymore..

  I don't. Too much loopholes. I know of a teacher who dun like me and kept picking on me and I know it's because she doesn't likes students whom are always late for her lessons.
