HP confiscated by teacher

I went through all the threads before me and we have yet to see the FULL details. Highlights don't the situation, the teacher or the phone owner justice.
There's gotta be a reason that the teacher what she* did. I doubt that something was done for no reason at all. The teacher puts her job on the line everytime something is done, no way she's going to do something that she doesn't have an explanation for. I think there's more to this than the author willing to tell us.
Going through this thread, it just shows how many young people are this board, many probably don't even make the age requirements. Too many immature and inconsequencial (sp?) attitudes and thoughts/comments, judging things from face value. Teachers (even if they were 50 plus and unmarried still) have lives and wouldn't go out of their way to make life hell for their students. I used to think that way too but a wake up note for you guys. YOU'RE NOT THE KING OF THE WORLD!!

sje snatched the phone out of my friend's hands when my friend was using it.oh.and by the way, it is not confiscated near or in school perimeters. It was taken away when my friend was far away from school.
and for the reason, the teacher stated the school rules and my friend was in school uniform.
U think abt it lah. ur sch in angmokio..u go somewhere else using hp..then it was taken away.! -

1. check your school's regulations.
2. demand the teacher return your mobile phone, you have the right.
3. reporting to police doesn't really help, but with a "case" at hand, its easier to threaten the school. at least they noe u mean business.
4. please don't use vulgar when u go complain.
5. go complain to moe with yr parents directly.
teachers are humans oso, they may make rash mistakes and they arent always right. often they are juz to proud to admit their mistakes, or can't even see em.. wad can we do? bring to complaint to moe lor.
