  If i did'nt remember it correctly, this incident happen in the camp when the whole battalion had already step down, where got the need to 'keng'.......

  In Tekong i dont think it is this way. I would say Tekong has more fair practises than those mono intake camps....

  Private doctors are still the best, one good example is Peter Yan from Gleneagles, my dad's cardio specialist. As for government doctors..... I do not really want to comment on that.

  NUH is same as SAF. Dunno what's wrong with the doc there. I had an injury due to field training. After like 4 years, the knees keep giving pain whenever i do active sports. i went to see some so-call professor in one of the NUH specialist clinic.
  
  wah piang, like bo chap like that, just press and move the knees a little and prescribe some useless medication and ask me to get loss. Did not even recommend any x-ray or MRI. how did he even become a doctor in the 1st place.
  
  i keep telling him that if i do active sports like running will have pain over the next few days and weeks - asking if something is seriously wrong, he damn pissed. and told his assistance a doctor to recommend me for temp downgrade and left hurrily. that's not it. the assistance did not write it down. guess he must an MO previously huh?
  
  anyway, finally got my MRI after seeing a real professional doctor at changi. really pro, the MRI came up with prove that the knees has serious injury and will never recover if continual stress. SAF really NPNT also!

  talk about mo,there is one few yrs back but inside a camp.funny is that they use nurse there,not medic.
  till now i still remember his attitude,u get prepare to kana sarcastic once u go there,anyone go see him is keng to him.the most funny is one of my on course mate,his story:
  upon entering the room,the mo shout at him.
  WHATS THE MATTER WITH U????with that irritated look.
  next he shout:TAKE OFF UR SHIRT!
  the funny part is the mo actually no cork,Bo L.P,upon seeing the "ang gong" on the body...he reply:
  come sit down,let me have a look....
  WTF man dr goh???

  er need to confirm one point... is it true that a specialist leeter cant be override by the mo?? cos my frend is a medic n says that... got one incident the mo reject the letter for doengrade by specialist n when my frend tell the specialist.. he reply that the mo cant override it... point to offer for pple kenna smoke by mo

  Only a medical board chairman can recommend to reduce the days in a MC.By right, they cannot even override the specialist.They can however call up your specialist to clarify.That depends whether your specialist has any professional integrity to stand his ground or bend in front of a LTC(DR) who might be his CO during reservist.

  coz that stupid camp i on course that time got rules that unless u so serious that u cant walk or u die die must report sick in camp.that camp really on,book out must wear collar lah....if in pair go anywhere must march,in platoon must sing at the same time,wah lan a....want hear song go ktv lah
  heng at there 10 weeks only,book out only onces on the 1st wk coz the rest burn,kana confinment until pass out.the best is the ps got a weekend car and allow those to book out only after 3 pm saturday(he a sadist i can tell u more sick thing he do to tekan).thats was nearly 10 years ago liao lah and was lucky i still live

  Hey...the SAF MOs referred the fella to NUH. They did the right thing. The bad guy is that cocky young doc fresh out of medical school..
