SINGNET SERVICES getting worst ...

im still using singtel mobile
so far so good lah
i used to be on a high-end plan
but oso kinda bey song them.....
all the goodies oni for new signups......neber care about old customers.......
earn me so much liao.....cannot once in a while offer some sweets to loyal customers meh.......lousy CRM.....
i got myself an m1 line and downgraded my singtel plan to the el-cheapo one -
sigh.. customer services in singapore really getting suckier by the day

there was once i went hello @ orchard to talk to the CRM managers..
they sent me one in the same uniform one
then i say i wan to talk to someone of a higher post..
then they LL send one wearing a suit to talk to me...
screwed them upside down...
matter solved in 3 days... -

their staff getting lao lan also..
give those `wan to buy buy, if not don wate my time ` attititude -
I hate those cust svc personnel now a days...

i just bought my new phone from M1 as usual. never have any complain about their service since day 1. -

my exp with m1 was a pleasant one too
a chio bu who was patient despite my request to find a number tt the last 4 digits are the same as my singtel number........she had to make a few calls to the service centre to ask them to help me check the available numbers.....
i had a few choices and i took a long time to decide which number i want.....
somemore i bought the low end fone and sign up the cheapest plan....... -

I was thinking maybe M1 is not using those strategy of like get more customer more higher plan can get more commission for sales staff? So if such strategy is not enforced, then the sales staff care nothing for high or low plan. All their aim is to get new subscribers. I guess that's why they are so patient.
I am surprised but not too alarmed to know sgnet practise favoritism based on higher or lower plan. Afterall most companies wanna treat those customers who give more money to them better rite? It is a money world after all. -
btw starhub has beaten m1 in subscribership.
m1 has no choice but grab as many customers as they can find.
naturally customer service/sales plays an extremely important role more than ever.
singtel has little interest in this saturated market. their focus have long shifted overseas. -
Actually, starhub also practice "pamper those who pay a lot every month"....not just singtel....like starhub points proportional to the bill you pay....
Heard this directly from a top figure in Starhub....

be using singtel all along....but now i using podlite...heh cos nobody actually call me one. i using singnet cos i know scv will lag anytime, everytime and most of the time.

call back ISP they say ur windows corrupted, ask u do system restore
system restore oso canot, they will suggest format comp
if u insist they send someone down to check the comp and everything, they say mus pay and no guarantee prob will be fixed...... -
Just threaten to switch and watch their service change from bad to good.

me S-net user den used to have alot alot alot of problems with Singnet. So i keep calling and calling Singnet den always haf to listen to that f*&k music...
after answering i told them i can't connect to the net and the Status in my router page is "down" den they ask me check this check that (which i oreadi did before) den they say "hold on i will check for you" den after that music again. but immediately after he came back to the line i was online!!
WTF?
den some keep insisting my comp got problem. ask me send for hardware troubleshooting or call up the LAN card manufacturer. quite pissed aboout the whole event, but only lately it seems to get better. i get d/c less and the speed is readlly good now!
so i would still recommend singnet becos i hate sharing Bandwidth with others!! (ok i'm selfish)
