In secondary schools, You do not have the liberty to decide what you want to do for your CIP. The sch decides for you. Tithing is not compulsory. Some churches use that sentence to coerce ppl into donating. Numbers, I believe, is in the OT. Tithing used to be practiced in the past as that was their custom. Actually, you do. I'm currently in sec 4, and i actually attained enough CIP points outside of the activities planned by my school. Bare that in mind that Church is a place that need its attendant's support in tithing to actually continuing to function. Taking tithing as a form of donation is disgracing.
