  Churches are always trying to bring in new members what... theres nothing new to that. Its part of christianity. But I never believed that a person should be forced to attend churches or services.

  Has anyone heard of Lighthouse? They operate the same way as CHC...with the same scary alien language prayers and forcing ppl to go their church...i fell out with my family coz they force mi to attend church...with threats n all...my family's totally changed when they started attending Lighthouse...I feel like i've lost my family...who else can i blame besides their so-call god? N recently, they've even became a little suicidal...always talking abt how gd it'll be if they die soon...can join their "god" in "heaven" faster blah blah...there's no turing back now dat they've baptised...it feels like they're forever on a different path with mi...with them falling deeper n deeper into this obsession of religion....nv would i have imagined dat joining a religion can break up a family...

  cult or wat i dun care...how i juz wish dat they've nv gotten in touch with this scary religion n all these ppl...i juz wan my family back...now i hear someone from CHC or Lighthouse i flee like run away from virus n disease liedat...i dun wan more harm from these ppl anymore...

  lol.. this kinda stuff i got nth to say lah.. cept that it's a very divided bunch of people. it's hard for other people to understand.. some would say impossible. but the fact is, nobody can say that all churches are like that.. definitely not. City Harvest.. it's an organization that calls itself a church. whether or not it is, it's really a matter of opinion and belief.. but the point is, you really can't generalize. and if you think you can.. i think we can all say that you're pretty immature.

  there're onli 4 of us in the family....n all 3 of them joined Lighthouse...i'm not a young disobedient kid who wan to go out play n dun attend church...but surely one has the freedom to choose n believe in a religion dun they? My parents accused mi of being unfilial to them when i turned down their request to attend church...it hurts so much to see them damage our relationship liedat...all along we're such a happy family...until the day i said no to joining Lighthouse...I've juz married n all i can say is dat i'm glad my husband is not a follower of Lighthouse...

  if i am not wrong the term cult is used on religions that are not widely accepted or are frowned upin by the public/pple in power so i guess callign it a cult wont be that much of a scretch since cults are also religion?
