  i buried all my darlings..sigh..so sad to see them die..they always die on days so impt to me...one on my b.d, the other on the second day of CNY
  
  anyway i get ready those small boxes lo..those where u go jewellery shop when u buy earrings or wat not, got e box right, i kept them. another box was i got it from a wedding dinner, where they contained fruit cakes or nowadays chocolates..
  
  then jus line w tissue paper, put my hammie in, then cover w woodshavings n give some food lo..they always liked sunflower seeds...yeah, covered up w e lid, then bury...
  
  one in west coast park..e recent two jus at e void deck grass patch..

  actually better than flushing ur goldfish down e bowl right? its shit then...
  
  its not tat bad to go down e chute, at least it gets incinerated in the end...tatz wat my friend's mom did to her guinea pig..

  s'goon ave 1 or ave 2 (the same place as the famous Rainbow)
  plenty of pet shops there
  hamster food and cages oso bery cheap.....
  
  robos are fun to play with.....preferably to live in litters....and they can be tamed....
  WW and campbells are good to be in pairs......
  
  u dun need to get those hamster cage
  u can get a fish tank, jus buy those toys like logs/tunnels and wheels and "bathroom"
  
  lifespan usually 1.5 to 2yrs.....
  
  sleep all day, play all nite, and got someone to clean the sh!t for them......damn good life......
  
  i buried my beloved hammies under a tree jus outside my window......

  yeah. those are russian dwarf campbell hamsters. they are not as active as the roborovskii. they are quite easy to tame. but once u lose touch with it for abt 2/3 days, things will get pretty bite-y.

  that's it! what's the term again? russian dwarf campbell hamsters?
  if i say this term to the guy at Pet Mart, will he understand exactly what type of hamsters i want anot?
  
  anyway, i think SG got one cemetry for pets. it's like a colaborium(wrong spelling), where all dead pets get placed there. last time ST got report on this, but forgot the name liao.
  anyway, if u want to bury hamsters, maybe u should go those jungles at bukit timah reserve area. very nice place for them also.

  err.. i dono.. that shop is ah pek owner one. u try ah give him the cheem term see he know or not.. hopefully, he knows. just look for the grey hamster with the long black line running along its back.

  8-11cm.. around there lah. mature males can be damn big. my hamster.. the father become very big!!!

  i wrap with newspaper den put in plastic bad den down the rubbish chute
  
  I think it is cruel just to throw them down the rubbish chute. Afterall they had accompanied you for at least 1 yr sure got feeling one mah. For me I use a few piece hard paper to make a rectangle coffin and then the shavings and put them inside.
  
  Bury them under the soil in the park or anywhere where there is soil lor. Just treat them like we humans can already. Of cuz no cremation needed lah

  my hamsters eat almost everything that i eat.. including chicken and noodles and peanuts...
  
  my hamsters have all lived past 3 years!
  
  i figure the huge variety of food keeps them healthy
  
  my current hamster is stupid.. he doesn't even know how to clean himself in a sand bath
