i have a friend who open his Mobile shop in little india serving their regulars (Bangala) according to him. This group willing to spend.. anyway maybe coz they dnt have much entertainment like clubbing etc..

Nowadays police just respond normally unless passrbys are also at risk. If they see they chase, if not they just walk to the building security centre or their command centre, ask to see footage.
All recorded in the surviellance camaras. Someone will just need to piece bits from surveillance footage from building to building. -
