To curb molestation, don't go to events that would have lots of people. Watch it onTV.
If die die must go, do the following preparation:
Girls: Wear bras/tank tops with metal spikes. Treat it like a fashion statement. Dunno where to buy? Make your own!
Never wear skirt, always wear long pants.
Wear a ring with a very SHARP Metal stone on your forefinger. In time of need just use your hands to punch in whatever direction. At least you try to injure the molestor when he strikes.
It's a once a year countdown event, so dress dramatically. As long as you dress decently, no one can accuse you of any crime.
Also, this kind of thing must rehearse. There's fire-drill and terrorist drills, so must always have molestor drills too.
