POLY School fees increase again !!!

Once you come and work in spore, you will be surprised a lot of ginna companies actually sort of indirectly report to same towkay on top especially in most profitable industries. Merger retrench etc etc are not without their own cause.
Sorry for topic sway. I just wanna know if education has gone the way of the commercial companies style in spore

And besides, the government has been cutting the amount of grant given to the polytechnic. The poly needs to recover the money from somewhere.
The poly has already conducted lots of external courses for outside students to earn money. This shldnt be the case. Because of this, our timetable gets affected.

Actually in 1998 i remember seeing 5000 for the whole course per year.then susididse 4000 means 1000 per year that 500 per sem , i think I only paid 400 per sem....100 minus edusave..

I hope they don't increase uni fees suddenly as well.
This kind of thing often got domino effect....
Maybe increase not so bad, as long as don't affect current undergrads....

It's just the "oh, if you are studying now, you have to pay more. period." that's worrying me. After all, they can always "ignore" whatever they said before, right? -

Can backdate de? PAP known for breaking promises that they promised. Last year they say no more increase, this year increase. -
