after reading thru 3 pages of posts...I think U are too soft....
Assuming U are really sure that U have been unfairly treated...
U should not try to hint.
U should have walked up to ur manager and demand for a meeting with him/her with reference to ur pay.No hinting...no "eee"..."err"....just straight to the point.
best is if U can print out the relevant regulations from MOM(website?) and a photocopy of ur employment letter and sort out the issue.
sort out the issue doesnt mean accusing people of something....it can go something like "I tried working out my pay but the final amount doesnt tally. Can U show me the way to calculate my pay?"...get the person to show U step by step with calculators...U use ur own calculator..the other person use his/her own....so U know exactly what numbers to press...and why is that the case...
Do not let the issue(ur pay and off days) go until U are 100% satisifed that what U got was the correct deal.
if the manager dun want to talk to U...or try to frighten U off...go up one more level to his superior...
this is not called making trouble...this is fighting for ur own rights...
yup...MOM people quite nice about it....contacted them via email a few years back on similar issues and I got quite a nice reply...
by the way....U can trying getting a photocopy of ur punch card...best way is of course photocopy then submit but since now not possible...ask for a copy saying that U need it for ur reference with income tax or something....
