Learning to suck up to your boss well is probably the most important skill anybody can acquire.
I agree it can so tiring some times to carry the weight of their balls. For male the balls smaller so lesser weight but for the female some of them have damn big balls on top that it is so tiring to carry them for prolonged period of time

There are quite a no of job on offer that will employ fresh grad. lei. At least my coy is hiring.

Fresh grads do not have and experience, so the things that they can reply on the "prositute" themselves are their industrial attachments and ECA.
Tailored the resume to highlight the work experience and achievements during these period and explain (during the interview) how it can help in the position u r applying for.
I landed a job before i even finished school...

Although Experience counts, but it's not all. It really depends on the image you project during Interviews.
heck, I know of some ppl who have 6-8 yrs experience in competitive coy & still cannot pass probation period. -
Any employer can tell you your industrial attachment isn't worth a fcuk. Seriously, mentality of industrial attachment is to take money end of the month. Be it 3, 6, 9 months of attachment, it isn't really worth bragging to your interviewer. Trust me.

How about final year practical project? Of cuz you could be the sleeping team mate while others slog it out and you get the grade shared among all. So does final year project counts for the interviewers? -

After so many year in uni and so much spended to gloom one graduate...this type of outcome..sadden peoples
