i'm thinking the person who confiscated the bra is the headmistress, a female. cos it is usually the female teachers that will come up with those silly and childish punishments.
think about it, surely a male headmaster won't be stupid enough to confiscated the students' bra right? the students won't be foolish enough to give their bras to a man right? and what kind of image is the school projecting if a man takes a female student's bra? surely the girl can reject giving the bra to a man right? but if it's a headmistress, then it's a different story, the student no choice lan lan has to surrender. -

actually there's 2 sides to this issue.
firstly, it is wrong of the headmistress to do this childish thing to embarrass the students. surely there're better ways to reslove this.
secondly i believe the students should know better about this school rule about coloured bras. yes, no matter how ridiculous it might be, these are school rules afterall. and sadly, no matter how we hate them we still have to follow them.
it's not just this particular girls school that has this rule about coloured bras, there are many many other schols out there that practise this rule too. so if the students wants to test the system, they must be prapared to face the consequences, which in this case i find it to be too extreme. -
