Anyone here irritated by insurance agent? Why Christians would irritate you so much that you must start and thread and insurance agent don't...? Ain't they more fake and after wants is your money?

I am not against christianity but sometimes their way of doing things might irrirtate me. For example, my friend is a christian then she keep asking us to donate $ to help in building a new church. In the first place, its like none of our business since they are the 1 enjoying the new church and facilities. Shouldnt they be the one who donate instead of asking others to donate?

I dont see much difference between Buddhists donating to temples and charity.
One is sincerely wishing the money will help people in poverty/need/sickness, etc.
The other is sincerely wishing for the benefit of others through the Dharma and the welfare of the Sangha (monastic community).
What kind of guilt is there? Buddha did not ask people to tithe.. -

no offence, but...i have relatives who tried and still trying to talk us into christiannity.
they will purposely come to our house and talk sense into us...saying something like: we are actually here to help you so that you will go to heaven..bla bla bla if you dont believe in God and Jesus, you will go to hell.
when i told them that i believe that jesus and god exist, they dont stop there..they will keep on talking about christianity..
in the end, i ended up argueing with her cause she started saying that those who are not christians are actually worshipping satan and ghost.

Yes its true...there are some over enthu christians hu just try too hard and smear the name of Christ and others who just say everyone else dies and goes to hell that only their church is rite...
Seriously....dont let some guys spoil everything...please dont generalise all christians to be the type that go beside you and try to 'saiko' if u want to put it that way...
It is sad that some guys are trying to evangelise but end up turning more away... -
