jeans or bermudas also can, polo shirt or shirt.
Can listen to songs (bring radio) etc, BBQ, can play card games, also bring camera to take photos.
If at ECP or West coast, can rent bicycles, or blades. Can also dump people into the sea.
And also play water at the beach. Or even fishing. 
Else, prepare some games to play, those community games, like charades, guess the killer, etc where everyone seats in a circle. -

To Define BBQ jobs:
but depends lah. what sort of BBQer are you. got 3 types leh
1. those who stay at the BBQ pit
- marinating, BBQing, putting the chicken wings onto the skewers. All the dirty, messy work.
- Also include washing up, clearing rubbish, leftovers, preparation of drinks etc
2. those who dont BBQ but do a lot of other work
- Planning, informing, booking pit etc
- Buying BBQ items, checking and double checking the people who turning up
- collecting money from those who turn up
- calling up those who say they coming but dont appear
- scolding those who say they 'coming' but later say eat liao, so refuse to pay for BBQ (then earlier say so that not eating lah! So people won't buy your food what!)
- Those who blur dont know what to do, but will still sort of hover blurly hoping to be helpful even
3. those who dress until damn chio, come and eat, then leave. Usually dont pay also
- Turn up at about 1-2 hours after the start of BBQ
- Sit as far as possible from the BBQ pit and does not come within 1m radius of it
- Insist they eaten already so don't pay; but will guzzle any available beer/wine etc.
- Will eventually eat anyway (but still dont pay)
4, Those who dont turn up but call with reasons
5. Those who dont turn up, don't answer you call, fly aeroplane, then apologise with stupid excuse a few days later...
Sigh... all the BBQs in my life... you can tell who are the ones whom you want to be friends with and can rely on. -
